There's power in a dream

I am constantly getting messages from my divine team (as are we all) through little impulses and urges, through snatches of conversation, through images, pictures, songs, books and all manner of things. Something occurring once may be a coincidence...when a sign, image, phrase, theme is repeated over and over again in our daily lives, and speaks to us with love and positivity...it's no coincidence...it is a sign from the team.

One of the most powerful ways that I am inspired, receive messages and generally can be shown the many possibilities are through dreams.

I give myself time to daydream, to let my imagination run wild and free, to imagine, to dream, to wonder....

Through these dreams, I encounter many a solution, sometimes for difficulties I did not even know would arise. For this reason, I write down what I see and hear through these dreams. After all, I never know when the information I have seen will be of use to me on my path.

Through dreams I have the ability to observe my thoughts and processes, and in not seeking to control where they take me, I am led to the most amazing things.

Through our dreams we magically connect to the divine.

The danger of overthinking

All the time I talk about following your heart and your impulses and telling your brain to  "take a hike" when it tries to interfere with negativity and fear. What I don't think I have ever talked about, is why I think this is important and helpful.

The immediate impact is really obvious I think *hehehe*. Any source that inputs negativity and fear based energy through thoughts or any other means, can't help but hold you back. Eliminating any source of negativity from the diet that nourishes your soul will have an immediately positive influence.

The long term effects are astounding. Initially, when I first relearned the concept of trusting the positive inner voice we all have access to, I would "sit down and think" about the messages I heard, the outcomes I had felt and the impacts in general. This of course doesn't seem like it is something that may be inhibiting, however, the tendency to "think everything to death" was actually causing inaction all in itself. You see, I would spend so much time pondering the message and the wonder of hearing it, that I would either forget to take action on it, or I would let the opportunity pass simply because I had spent too much time and energy thinking about it.

Over thinking, the tendency to mull over all of the details, to  feel through all of the scenarios and to try and fathom the next steps can have the same impact as having not heard the message at all.

I am of course not saying that it is harmful to look at all the options and take a moment or two to ponder before leaping in....not at all. It is through this process that sometimes further information or messages will/can be delivered to us through that inner voice and intuition.

What I am talking about, is spending so much time thinking about why and how and when, that we somehow forget to "do".

Don't forget to ask...

We have this AMAZING divine connection, a whole team of beings willing to help, to heal, to guide, to comfort, to love, to forgive and to just be there!

I know...WOW right???

So why is it that some people don't seem to feel the benefits? I asked myself this question today as I was chatting away to beautiful beings at the markets. Some people's knowledge of their team shone through their eyes, some people seemed to feel as though they were alone or ignored and forgotten, and some people even felt it was/is their job to tell me that everything I believe in is "make believe"....interesting!

The answer when it came, like all answers once you know them, was so completely simple and obvious. The people who seem not to know that they have all of this help, love and comfort available to them...well, they're the ones who forgot to ask for help.

We have this thing called free will, we were all given the gift of making our own choices. The divine won't interfere with that. We have a choice whether we acknowledge our own divine connection or not, we have a choice whether we take the easy road or the hard road, we have choices every minute of every day and they are OURS to make, and the consequences are ours to accept too.

This whole amazing, loving and guiding team, must sit on their hands until you remember to give them permission to help you, to "intervene" as it were. In the mean time, they wait, and they watch, and they love us all the more. The very MINUTE we can open our hearts and give them permission to help...miracles happen.

So don't forget to ask for help, and give your divine team permission to arrange things for you.

Downloads

I have these moments sometimes, moments when I just seem to know exactly what is going to transpire, the exact right thing to say or do, the correct direction to take and all of the consequences that go with all of the possible options. I call these moments downloads ever since a beautiful friend of mine first mentioned the term. It really seemed to fit the circumstances. One moment I'm standing there (or whatever *smile*) and the next moment I am in the middle of actions or words I didn't even know were there or didn't know were needed.

These moments are the moments in time when I feel the closest to my divine team; so close that they are almost a tangible presence by my side. When I was just a bit younger, I was always at a loss to explain what was going on and some times, as a result, I did not act on the information I had because I didn't know or acknowledge where the information came from. I also faced a great deal of frustration at times because I KNEW exactly what would work or the right information, residing in a child's body and knowing answers you had no "tangible" way of knowing comes with some downfalls when you are trying to tell the adults around you what they need to know to "fix" the problem *laugh* I am sure you can imagine.

I am sure there have been moments in time where you have felt a similar experience. Sometimes we call it precognition, prescience, clairvoyance (really don't like that word), psychic....whatever... the important thing is not the name we give these moments, but allowing ourselves to trust this information as having a divine source.

These are the moments in time where everything is working perfectly, and like all skills, once practised, it gets easier and easier. Being able to listen to intuitive sparks and trust that the information you are receiving is genuine and guidance is a beautiful moment that helps the journey become smoother.

Moving through

One of the things that used to frustrate me, and now is a precursor to amazing joy is seemingly tougher times AFTER asking for divine assistance. That wasn't really very clear was it? *laugh*

There are times when I have asked for guidance, for help, for divine intervention in whatever form it takes to help me remove myself from a situation or to manifest a reality that I choose, and immediately it SEEMS as though everything has become even more difficult and undesirable!!!!!!!! Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is actually happening is that in order for there to be change...there has to be change. Simple right? *smile* The "thing" with divine intervention is that it is best achieved by putting the request out there and leaving the details up to the team working with you. The down side (if there is one) is our inability to see the whole story at once. While things may appear as though they are more difficult and that nothing has changed at all, in fact things are changing, are happening and moving and shifting and sometimes that can be very uncomfortable. Change is always uncomfortable at first (well it seems that way anyway). The key then, is to see these life transitions for what they are...a manifestation of the reality we asked for. I can't predict how my team is working to effect the changes I have asked for, I can't always see the blessing in the changes as they are happening. What I have learnt though, is that these times are the beginning of a magnificent new direction, that when complete, makes me wonder what "all the fuss" was about during the difficult moment.

Sometimes the old thought patterns and pathways are challenged so that we can make way for the new. Sometimes a situation becomes more uncomfortable so as to be untenable so we realise we have to move on to get what we asked for. Sometimes there is just transactions we have to have in order to become who we asked to be.

Whatever the case, I know now that when things are feeling particularly difficult after I have asked for guidance and change, that a transition is occurring as my divine team work to help me. This does not change the perceived difficulty, it does give me hope, understanding and the opportunity to trust myself and my team all the more for the challenges presented.

But a moment...

I woke up this morning with this information in my head; it's comfort was amazing and instantly (well, not before my first cup of coffee sorry *smile*) I sat down here at the computer to share it.

Putting into words a message given through sleep can be a little tricky, so bear with me while I sort it out *laugh* I could use some help today please Gabriele.

Everything comes down to a moment, a single moment. All you have to do is see the moments for what they are; that is fleeting and ephemeral things that lack any form of permanence. A moment passes by really quickly, and so while the next moment may be the same as the one before it for a while, it passes just as quickly, the moments keep passing until suddenly, the next moment that comes along is totally different from the one before it, it may feel lighter, more buoyant, and the next moment is lighter still and has love in it, then the next and the next and the next....

Because the moments pass so quickly, it is sometimes difficult to pinpoint the exact moment in which a period of darkness, fear and difficulty turns into one of hope, joy and love; the point is though, that it WILL!

Getting through those "difficult" and trying moments can be made really easy (relatively speaking of course) by putting into place some strategies to distract yourself from the moment passing. Here are some of the things I use to ease the passing of a particularly difficult, hurtful or fearful moment:

  • Flood your senses with positivity through books, movies, posters, Internet (whatever is your choice already). The LAST thing you want to do when one of those moments is passing is to add to it by watching the death and destruction on the news, by reading sad stories about tragedy or watching a horror movie. Respect the emotions that the moment is producing within you, after all they are a part of you, but don't add to it if you can avoid it.

  • Create an opportunity for something to look forward to...plan to cook your favourite meal, organise an activity that makes your heart sing most of the time (even if your heart doesn't feel like singing in the moment) For me this is art, painting, sewing, drawing making, creating etc.

  • Spend time in nature, wandering around a botanical gardens or park, sitting in your own veggie patch talking to the strawberry flowers, sit under a big, old, wise tree.

  • Treat yourself...whatever form that takes for you!

  • Don't hold the emotions in and block them away somewhere, you'll only have to deal with them later after they've had time to fester a little. Talk to a sympathetic friend, cry if you feel you need to cry, rage, stamp, scream and let all of that stuff go...as you do this envision your divine team around you taking all of the "yucky feeling" stuff away (Because that's what they will do once you give them this permission.
There are billions of different ways to distract yourself from a difficult moment, find a few that suit you, your personality and your needs and use them. The last thing you want to be doing during one of "THOSE moments" is to be dwelling on it, remember this signals to the universe that you want MORE of these moments. You are not alone in dealing with the moment; while all of our stories are different, and each of our moments is unique in hoe we experience them, the fact is we all have them, and we all  have a team of divine beings to help those moments to pass more swiftly, ask them to help.

When I wake in the morning I feel good, then  I travel through the day spreading love and sprinkling faery dust. I am hurt, I am misunderstood, I heal, I help, I am tired. I have moments where I want to give up, there are times I don't think it's worth the effort to help those who don't wish to be helped or take kindness and generosity for weakness. There are places I don't wish to go, choices I would rather not make and people I want no association with. Sometimes I hide out at home and barricade myself in my sacred space; other times I feel I have to go and see others and be involved in the world outside my cave even though I don't really want to. I have moments where I don't want to do anything, can't force myself to do anything then feel guilt over doing nothing when there is "so much to do." I leave my dishes on the sink for three days, I don't do my housework, I just sit and read a book all day.

In short....

I'm human...

and I thank the divine everyday, that I don't have to face any of this alone.

No matter what the day brings, no matter how tired and worn out I feel. As I lay down to sleep and ask my team to surround me and heal me of the wounds I may have sustained; I KNOW I am loved unconditionally.

Synchronisity

I am often in wonder of all the amazing synchronisities there are when I actually started listening to my divine team *huge smile* This is one of the primary signs or messages I receive from my team.

Basically, there are no such things as coincidences, especially when those "coincidences" seem to happen repeatedly over a period of time.

Usually, something like this begins with an impulse or a feeling. For example, I might "feel" like there is some times I need to complete for the day, when I wake up, I feel a sense of urgency or a spot that seems to need filling. Initially, I may ignore this impulse or half remembered dream. Later, I get in the car and the first line I hear may be a song about writing, creativity and following your heart. This may give me a little jolt, but I have been known to just ignore these ones too *wry grin* As I get to work, I check my emails and one of the spam emails is about a short story writing competition (this may not seem strange except they usually target teachers for these things, I'm teach Math, Art and Science as subjects, not English). I move along with my day, and overhear a snatch of conversation about storytellers. I pick up my little one from childcare, and the carer tells me all about how my little one is such a great storyteller, and refers to the fact that I write stories. Something is definitely pushing at the boundary between conscious and subconscious now *smile* We turn on sesame Street when we get home and what do you know, there's a talking book! I jump on face book and there are several statuses about writing and creativity and seeking the signs from the divine...throwing my hands in the air, I say, "OK, OK, I get it" Sitting down to the computer, an entire story flows from my finger tips, a blog post I don't even recall writing, or know I've done until I hit publish, and a few emails typed and sent!

Synchronisity!

When you are following your true life purpose, the entire universe will align to make everything happen. All you have to do is listen

A funny, weird day today

I really wasn't going to write a post tonight because I feel a bit weird (or maybe that should be weirder *laugh*) today. I feel restless, a little bit lost, I am procrastinating, am "unproductive", am floating around doing nothing and feeling like I "should" be doing something but don't know what.... I'm sure you know this story and have had one of these days as well???

I know in my heart, that when I have these moments, even if they are a WHOLE day *snort* that what I am being asked to do is to stop, slow down, take some deep breaths and deal with "stuff".

By this I mean that my team has effectively put a halt to forward movement for this moment so that they can get some things sorted behind the scenes, so that I can clear myself of any residual gremlin moments, practise letting go, forgiving and loving, and a whole heap of other things that don't actually require my "doing" anything. So, I have a "fluffy" day like today.

I am human though, and a human who likes to feel productive and motivated and engaged fully in the task I have set myself whether it is doing the dishes or illustrating my next book doesn't matter...full engagement and enthusiasm. So, when one of these days comes along (and it's not often) I actually get a bit cranky with myself and the rest of the world for a minute or two *sigh*

Invariably, during this day or moment, "something" (we all know who *smile*) will remind me about the concept of perfect and divine timing, patience and loving the moment I am in....

I got this message a few moments ago.

I gave myself a shake, took some deep breaths, felt a little better and decided it might be helpful to share my thoughts on this with you all.

When the divine needs you to stop and take a moment, you may as well make it happen, there is no point in fighting it *smile* take time out and attempt patience in the mean time.

A suggested "How to"

I have written so many posts *laugh* it seems I never run out of things to say, YAY! I have forgotten and re learnt and remembered these things over and over as I write them. I see a title of a post and go, "Oh, what's that about?" and read it again as new even though I am the one who wrote it...or am I?

Most of the time, i get the direction from my divine team to sit down and start typing. I do this, type automatically what has come into my head. I then do a quick spell check, change the text to purple, then hit the "publish" link! Voila, post written.

One of the things I do myself when using this post as the tool I believe it can be, is to scroll through the names of the posts (down the right hand side of the page) and when a name jumps out at me, I click on it and read it again!

Through this message it is almost like I am reaching through time to tell myself what I need to know on a particular day or at a particular time.

So, a suggested "how to" of reading these posts is to do just as I do, read through the names and click on the ones that feel right to you. I also post a snippet of each post on my face book page as well, so it is really easy to have a glimpse at the snippet, and if it appeals to you and seems to resonate with your soul, click on the link and have a read, if not...give it a miss, dip in and take what you need, discard what you don't.

Feeling rather than thinking

Lately, as I have written these posts, I have "had " to wait until quite late at night in order to "find the time" to do it undisturbed. I was thinking about this tonight as I sat down after having a conversation with a light worker friend of mine about how "tired" we were feeling from all of the "work" we had been doing. We were both having a few problems in processing language, tired enough to slur words, to have to ask for a lot of things to be repeated or stated in a different way in order to understand them. Yet, as I sit down to type this post, and it is later again, it seems I have absolutely no trouble what-so-ever in using language!?! Strange????

Not really.

When we are fully "switched on" so to speak, there is always the chance of our human nature interpreting and placing different meaning on the conversations that we have with our divine team. A rested brain will easily dismiss something as coincidence if you're not on the look out for it, or even tell you that you're imagining the whole thing. The "tired" brain, especially mine I have found *laugh* does not go to any effort to sabotage me. So, when I am writing these posts, I operate solely on feeling. I am most certainly not thinking about my use of language or writing excellent prose (I'll wait for a minute for the gasp of surprise*smile), all I am doing is writing whatever comes in to my head in the moment I sit down, acting as it were, as a conduit of information.

I find now that when I try too hard, it is actually my human brain at work rather than me listening to the messages of my divine team. If I am well rested (a state I most definitely prefer by the way) and I want to have a conversation with my team, I go into my garden and potter around for a bit, pulling a weed here, checking for ripe fruit there, just sitting and looking mostly. I go off into what I like to call "pixie land", babies do it a lot, staring at nothing with glazed over eyes...it's a bit like that. In this way, human nature and human thinking brain switches off; divinely inspired, feeling brain switches on and the conversation begins!

If you are finding that the messages and signs you seem to be getting are a little contradictory or not quite in sync, perhaps your human brain is interfering a little and trying to "think" your way through rather than feel and use your intuition. Sit and stare at some flowers for a bit *laugh* or find some other way to switch off that thinking brain, you may find this will help.

Helplessness

Helplessness is not a nice feeling; whether it is feeling helpless at being able to do something for your own situation, or worse (for me anyway) feeling helpless to give assistance to someone you love.

Firstly, my divine team wants me to tell everyone that we are never alone, and no matter how helpless we are led to feel, or how hopeless a situation seems, there is always hope and help at hand. Even if the only help available is the strength to pass through the moment or moments leading you to the feeling.

When I feel helpless, I fall immediately back on a conversation with my divine team. I ask their help, I ask for strength and understanding and I ask if there is in fact anything that I can do. I always get an answer when I ask for one and if I sit still for a moment, putting aside fear and anxiety to hear the answer...ALWAYS!
Never once, when I have actually asked for help, has my question and request gone unanswered.

It is easy to underestimate the comfort that can be gained by having someone/something listen to our request without judgement and with immediate consolation and answers; yet it is this very thing that often gives me the strength and courage to pass through particularly anxious, fearful or helpless moments.

Guardian Angels

Today, in the mail, the galley copy of my third story in the Angel Wings, Faery Dust and Other Magical Things children's book series arrived! The Galley is the first print, meaning that it is only a short time before the book can be released. Naturally I was over the moon about this and completely in love with this story and the illustrations all over again once seeing them in print. The most exciting part of receiving this today though, was being able to "see" this book in the hands of hundreds and thousands of people. I can see them holding this book and reading it either themselves or to their children.

So, what's exciting about this?

Hundreds and thousands of children and adults connecting with their own team of guardians!!!!!!!!! YAY *doing a happy dance*

We all have this amazing, divine team working along side of us guiding and protecting. However, sadly, a lot of people either drown out the voices of their team by being so busy at being busy ALL the time, or they don't realise they are being helped by their team and ignore their impulses and intuition, OR (worst of all) they just don't know how much they are loved and how special they are to the divine.

So, I picture in my mind a person who feels like buying this book and reading it to their children. Not only are they connected to their guardians and their team, but so are those precious beings they are reading the story to! AWESOME.

This is what keeps me writing stories.

This is what I know

Tonight I just want to share what I know....

I know that the divine doesn't punish; the divine forgives and heals.

I know that the divine never turn away; the divine loves without condition.

I know that the divine does not make me feel guilt and shame, the divine asks patiently and waits for me to understand and decide to take another path.

I know the divine does not condemn those who don't believe or ask me to coerce others; the divine knows we each walk our own paths and that all paths lead to the same place.

I know these things not because I was told them, not because I read about them; I know these things because I feel them in my heart and my soul sings that this is truth.

With all that I know and remember, I approach the world. This is my compass that guides my actions and becomes my role model. It is these things that I know that I make the choices that lead me along my path and inform my own actions. It is through believing and acting in the way I know the divine does that I come ever closer to the divine residing within me.

Free will

I used to wonder where the divine was/is at the times when I struggled the most. "If they existed," I would say to myself, "then why have they done nothing to help me now when I am in trouble and really vulnerable?" I am sure not one person on this planet has not at one time or another had this type of feeling, or doubt. I guess it is a natural part of being human.

I know though....now I know why I "wasn't (overtly) helped"....I didn't ask!

Our divine team always respects our right to choose, our free will, a gift from the heavens. We have the right to choose to deal with our life journey on our own. We have the right to learn in any way we choose, walk in the direction we choose and to take the consequences and risks associated with all of our decisions on our own. Our divine team honour and respect our right to free will...

Today then, I just wanted to remind everyone that all we have to do is ask!

None of your team are going to "step on your toes" by jumping into a situation prematurely.

If you need help, guidance or just a reminder that they are there...all you have to do is ask.

Self harmonising

Each of us has our own internal relationship with the divine. Each of us thinks and feels about this differently and while we may share some things in common, our personal relationship with the divine, spirit, the essence of the global mind, the universe (whichever you like to view this as) is as unique as our DNA; maybe even more so actually.

There is no right or wrong answer, way of viewing or being when it comes to our relationship. Some may prefer to pray, while others meditate, and yet others still may choose to just 'be'.

I LOVE this thought!

As a child, I could not accept a God that would punish people and yet say that we must love each other and honour each other to show our love for him????? In my adult mind, this makes no sense either...monkey see, monkey do! I realised though, that this concept of a "punishing God" was not actually a FACT! Imagine my shock *smile* This concept was a HUMAN construct. The people who told me God would punish me, or send me to "hell" because I was a sinner...well this was their own understanding of the divine, and they tried to convince me this was true.

I don't acknowledge the picture of a vengeful, fire and brimstone God at all! Nope...that's not MY God. However, I also don't discard all of the beautiful things I was taught by the same people who tried to convince me of their view point. I love the singing, the joy and the beauty that was shown me at the same time as the fury, anger and vengeance.

I guess the point I am trying to make is that each of us consciously makes a decision about the way we choose to view the world and our relationship with the divine. I personally don't participate in ANY institutionalised religion because NONE of them match my very own view of divine. I don't ascribe to New Age either, I am not an agnostic, and atheist, a catholic or Christian.
I am ME, and I believe with all of my heart that we are part of a bigger picture, that we are supported and loved by the divine. I do not condemn or judge anyone for their picture of the divine because that is their choice and decision to make. I also do not choose to "throw the baby out with the bath water" so to speak. Just because the whole picture that others have does not match what I see, I choose to acknowledge and accept those parts that do.

If I wanted to put my belief in a box (which I most definitely don't!!!!!!!!!!!) I could say I was a Buddhist, Catholic, Christian with strong Wicca spiritual connections...how about that for a conundrum? *laugh*

Believe in whom and what you want to believe, because your relationship with the divine is personal and sacred to you.

The passage of time

Divine timing...I both LOVE this concept and am also not always so fond of it either. Basically put, there is a whole team of divine beings who are guiding and helping each one of us. They know ALL the details about EVERYTHING. I am not just talking about everything to do with you personally, but everything about everything and everyone (ever heard the saying about knowledge being power?). I think one of the main attributes of the divine must be the ability to hold infinite amounts of information and tiny details about infinite things in your mind all at once! This team listens to you and the wishes, requests and desires you have and they guide you and urge you in the right direction to walking the path you agreed to for this life time. They give signs, prod, poke, cajole and anything else that is necessary to help you. However, and this is the most frustrating bit at times, they do so with perfect timing...not our timing.

This may mean that you have to wait, be patient, to trust and relax in the knowledge that your team is taking care of the details...big ask for an impetuous, controlling type personality (yes, I am admitting to these traits).

I have experienced many occasions where just waiting and doing nothing has actually turned out to be to my best advantage; also I have experienced many occasions where I would NOT wait and rushed in impatiently only to have to wait anyway, as well as work on forgiving myself the mistakes I made by not waiting.

While I KNOW in my deepest heart that all I have to do is be patient, take each step as it is shown to me, and move patiently forward in order to achieve all of my life goals and fulfil my life's purpose, I have to admit to the human condition of impatience with this process at times *smile*

Take a moment when you are feeling frustrated with this to remind yourself that you are not in this alone...you have a whole team guiding you. What's more, they have a whole lot more information on the subject than you do.

The inspiring divine

I am delighted all of the time at the amazing synchronicity that happens when just a moment, a fleeting glimpse, a snatch of conversation or a part of a song can send me immediately into a task I had no idea that I had even thought about before or intended on starting!

In times past, the muse was the angel or divine being who would sit on the shoulder of a creator and give them inspiration to start or finish their latest project.

I love that the entire universe is one huge, magnificent and wonderful muse!

All we have to do to tap into the enormous font of creative and inspiring energy is to open our eyes, hearts and minds to really look. So easy.

All around us every day in a multitude of different ways, we are being offered inspiration and creative impulses that help us to feel good, make decisions, take the right path, see a window opening or realise one has closed for a reason.

It is simple to identify these "magical" and inspiring signs and differentiate them from just coincidence...lean in close and I'll whisper the secret *giggle*...

If you think and feel with your heart that you are being given guidance and inspiring signs by your divine team....you are!

Who do I ask?

Often, well in nearly every post actually, I talk about my divine team, the group I go to for advice and answers. So I thought maybe I should introduce you to some of them *smile*

This is my team, the personification of the divine and the universal influences that make up my support group. This is my perception of who they are, what they look like, and how they operate. It is not based on any specific religious cannon, nor on the opinion of anyone else really. As it should be when it comes to things of a spiritual nature, this is my personal feelings about the divine beings that love, protect and guide me.

I’m really OK with the concept that you may or may not agree with my perception, and that your team will appear different to you…that’s how it should be, it’s your team!

Archangel Michael is the guy I work with a lot when it comes to which road to take and the decisions that lead to future career moves and the like. He’s the guy who was the witness to the contract I signed before arriving (in fact, he helped draft the contract). I see him as all in purple, with a huge sword strapped to his back. Michael is AWESOME in helping to figure out our true life’s purpose, the reason we’re here and the contract we signed. Michael has also helped me in cutting all ties to past situations that I no longer need and that may have been holding me back from moving forward. Michael is my protector when I am scared, he stands beside me and shields me from harm, creating barriers to anyone or anything that could potentially cause harm and making sure I listen to instructions involving my personal safety. An instruction to stop driving and have a rest invariably comes from Michael.

Archangel Raphael, the healer, the one in charge of health and well-being. The ‘doctor’ if you will, of the angelic realm; my hero! I work a lot with Raphael since my chosen path leads often to helping people heal in many different ways. Raphael I see as being surrounded by green light and whenever healing is required or asked for, I use the green light of Raphael to surround the situation or people involved. An instruction to focus on my eating and sleeping habits, to stop work for a while or to take some time out for myself invariably comes from Raphael.

Archangel Gabriel is golden and beautiful with the gift of the gab *smile* When I really don’t know what to say or how to say it, I ask Gabriel. The messenger of the angelic realm, Gabriel ALWAYS knows what to say and how to say it…very handy skill. Gabriel also works with me when I am working with children, particularly the students I teach who are in some way wounded and in need of help. I silently invoke her help in supporting and guiding these precious souls. Gabriel is a nurturer and helps me to fulfil this role when it is required of me.

There are plenty of others I could mention, but these three are my constant companions through thick and thin at all times. It helps me to visualise my team, to perceive them with traits such as hair and eye colour as well as personalities and other identifying characteristics. Each of my team has a specific role to play when I ask their help, a role I have assigned them and asked them to fill.

Who do you work with most often? I’d love to meet your team.

With love and light
